This site is fully engineered for 178 townhomes/condos. The city and county have approved the site plans making this project shovel ready. Located on the edge of town makes a commute to big box stores and restaurants less than 5 minutes and a commute to Fort Stewart 5 minutes or less. On base housing conditions are sub par driving the demand for off base rentals up. Decent apartments are very difficult to find.
